Bright, light cerise-pink colour with youthful purple hues on rim. The nose is delicate with aromas of fresh raspberry fruit along with lifted florals and a refreshing, steely-minerally element. Dry to taste, light, but bright, up-front raspberry fruit flavours form an elegantly proportioned palate. The mouthfeel is refreshing and zingy with lively acidity, enhancing the fruit sweetness and aromatics. Some confectionary nuances emerge and carry the palate line to a moderately lingering finish with receding flavours. This is a bright, light and refreshingly juicy, up-front rosé. Serve as an aperitif, with antipasto and with Asian fare over the next 2 years. 100% Abel clone Pinot Noir fruit fermented to 13.5% alc. and 4 g/L RS.
