The Dry Hopped Gooseberry Bomb is a marriage of quality 2017 Marlborough Sauvignon Blanc and hops. A steeped fermentation gets the fruity characters from the grapes and hops and creates the production of some floral fermentation esters. The finished wine is then conditioned for 4 weeks before filtering and kegging. This wine has to be tasted. Now available in easy to drink cans!
