Apricot, golden kiwi, coconut and elderflower aromatics combine to form a rich, delightful nose. The use of French Acacia and Oak barrels, coupled with ageing on yeast lees, has imparted an extra dimension to the flavour profile of this wine; lovely texture with spicy complexity, juicy fruit and balancing acidity. Grape skin contact before pressing has created its heartening phenolic structure. A melodious chameleon, pushing the bounds in creativity, taking a situation laced with danger and making it into something fabulous. A tribute to a wonderful talent.
