Although the 2017 growing season was one of our more challenging with cool weather during berry development, the warm Central Otago Autumn meant we had no frost or disease pressure. This allowed us to keep fruit on the vines until the ideal sugar levels and phenolic ripeness were reached.
Crafted from hand-picked Pinot Noir grapes, this Rosé is crisp and refreshing in style with a dry finish. Lifted aromas of strawberries and crab apple, followed by a fresh mid palate of watermelon and mint combine to give a rich and textural wine.
