All fruit was hand harvested and fermented with natural vineyard yeast. The wine has been aged in French oak barrels for 12 months. A full-bodied merlot with a complex savoury nose, with fruit characters of black plum and blackcurrant. Notes of vanilla, caramel and toasted raisin bread.
